Welcome to Angel Paws In-Home Grooming, LLC (“Angel Paws,” “we,” “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a Founders Circle package, or using this website, you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, call Jill at (954) 516-4758.

Our Grooming Services

Angel Paws provides in-home dog grooming. You agree to provide accurate information about your dog and to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or behavioral concerns before service. Grooming can be stressful for some dogs, so you authorize Jill to use gentle, humane handling and to stop or reschedule a groom at any time if she believes continuing is unsafe for your dog or for her.

For matted, senior, anxious, or medically fragile dogs, grooming carries inherent risks — for example, removing heavy matting can reveal pre-existing skin conditions or cause temporary irritation. You accept these normal risks of grooming. Angel Paws is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for issues arising from a dog’s health or behavior that were not disclosed. In an emergency, you authorize Jill to seek veterinary care on your behalf, at the owner’s expense.

Groom Pricing

Grooming prices vary by dog. Every dog is different, so Jill speaks with each client by phone and quotes a fair price based on the dog’s size, breed, coat condition, and needs. There is no flat rate, and your quote is confirmed before service.

Founders Circle Rewards

Founders Circle contributions are a pre-sale of Angel Paws services, not charitable donations, and are not tax-deductible. In return for your contribution you receive free grooming credit equal to half your contribution (for example, a $2,000 contribution earns $1,000 in free grooms). These rewards:

• are redeemable only toward Angel Paws grooming services and have no cash value;
• must be used within 18 months of purchase;
• may be redeemed at a maximum rate of 2 grooms per month;
• are applied toward each groom at its individually-quoted price;
• are transferable as a gift, but are non-refundable;
• are separate from, and not offered in exchange for, any GoFundMe contribution.

Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of service. Our cancellation and payment policies are described on our Policies page and apply to all appointments.

Photos & Media

Jill may photograph your dog before, during, or after grooming and may share those photos to showcase her work (for example on this website or social media). If you’d prefer your dog’s photos not be used, just let Jill know and we’ll honor it.

Privacy Policy

We only collect the information we need to serve you — your name, contact details, your dog’s information, and appointment history. We use it to schedule and provide grooming, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as a payment processor) and only as needed, or where required by law. This website may use standard cookies and analytics to function and improve. Links to third-party sites (such as GoFundMe) are governed by their own privacy policies.
