Welcome to Angel Paws In-Home Grooming, LLC (“Angel Paws,” “we,” “us”). By booking an appointment, prepaying for grooms or using a promotion, or using this website, you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, call Jill at (561) 552-7418.

Booking

There is no online booking. Every new client is interviewed by phone first, so Jill can hear from you and learn about your dog before she makes an appointment. Please call Tuesday to Saturday between 9:30am and 5:30pm. Jill can’t take calls outside those hours, because she needs her rest.

Our Grooming Services

Angel Paws provides in-home dog grooming. You agree to provide accurate information about your dog and to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or behavioral concerns before service. Grooming can be stressful for some dogs, so you authorize Jill to use gentle, humane handling and to stop or reschedule a groom at any time if she believes continuing is unsafe for your dog or for her.

Small dogs and doodles are groomed strictly inside your home. Big and double-coated dogs, like German Shepherds, Akitas and Huskies, are groomed outside in a well-shaded area or on the lanai.

For matted, senior, anxious, or medically fragile dogs, grooming carries inherent risks — for example, removing heavy matting can reveal pre-existing skin conditions or cause temporary irritation. You accept these normal risks of grooming. Angel Paws is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for issues arising from a dog’s health or behavior that were not disclosed. In an emergency, you authorize Jill to seek veterinary care on your behalf, at the owner’s expense.

Jill is first-aid certified, but she is not a licensed veterinarian. Anything she mentions about your dog’s health should be confirmed with your vet.

Your Home, Parking & Access

Jill brings her own towels and all of her equipment; she needs a good place to bathe your dog and set up. Please leave room for her to pull in or back in as close to your door as possible, with no cars blocking the way and enough room to roll her equipment in (rolling it over grass damages the wheels). The same will apply to her grooming trailer once it arrives. Please be aware that once Jill has driven to your community it is your responsibility to ensure proper access past any guard/gates and to your home.

Groom Pricing

Grooming prices vary by dog. Full grooms start at $125 for small dogs. Every dog is different, so Jill speaks with each client by phone and quotes a fair price based on the dog’s size, breed, coat condition, how matted the coat is, and needs. There is no flat rate, and your quote is confirmed before service.

Cancellations

Life happens. Events both good and bad occur and will impact both your and Jill’s ability to meet every appointment. Over the years we have had everything from engagements to flat tires, and unfortunately even deaths occurring and resulting in the need to reschedule appointments. Jill will do everything in her power to avoid having to cancel and she hopes that you will do the same.

However, in the past some owners have been nonchalant about keeping their obligations, so we have had to implement a specific policy. Please be aware that once Jill has driven to your community it is your responsibility to ensure proper access past any guard/gates and to your home. Therefore, if a cancellation on the owner’s part occurs on the same day as the appointment: the first time will not be charged; the second time will impose a $75 fee to cover expenses; if a third cancellation occurs, the full price of the grooming will be charged if the owner wishes to continue using our services.

Payments

Just as you expect Angel Paws In-Home Grooming to be on time and to groom your fur baby as scheduled, we expect you to meet your responsibility to pay at the time of the appointment. Preferred methods are Cash, Zelle, or Checks (from established clients); if other means of payment are necessary please speak to Jill first.

We are prepared to accept Credit/Debit Cards and Venmo, but a standard additional fee will be added. Please understand that your convenience shouldn’t cost Angel Paws In-Home Grooming.

Promotions

Prepaid grooms and referral rewards are purchases and rewards for Angel Paws grooming services. They are not donations and are not tax-deductible. Prepay for three grooms at your dog’s individually quoted price ($400 minimum) and your fourth groom is free; prepaid grooms are used one groom a month. Refer three new clients who become regulars (more than three visits each, on a consistent schedule) and you earn three free grooms. Current promotions are on our promotions page.

Photos & Media

Jill may photograph your dog before, during, or after grooming and may share those photos to showcase her work (for example on this website or social media). If you’d prefer your dog’s photos not be used, just let Jill know and we’ll honor it.

Privacy Policy

We only collect the information we need to serve you — your name, contact details, your dog’s information, and appointment history. We use it to schedule and provide grooming, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as a payment processor) and only as needed, or where required by law. This website may use standard cookies and analytics to function and improve. Links to third-party sites (such as Instagram or Facebook) are governed by their own privacy policies.
